The room was clean the beds were comfortable, the indoor pool is heated, the staff were friendly and helpful. I rented the ro for my daughter escaping a domestic situation and they kept her name private in case he called looking for her. It’s in a great location in downtown New Albany right across the river from Louisville. I highly recommend, will stay here again.

Breakfast was phenomenal -great variety. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Refrigerators had individual freezers - totally awesome. The pool was really nice. Close to the interstate. The front desk staff were really great!! Would definitely stay there again!
