It appears that the host is in process of completing repairs on the unit for regular use. Nice updates to older home- new appliances and ceiling fans. Lovely location. Host was quick to respond to our questions. Attention to details and safety are needed to be able to compete with similar properties and put this home into a preferred destination category. Potential.
