My mother and I stayed in this hotel for a brief layover from the Jeddah airport. The man at reception was very kind and accommodating, and we were in our room within minutes. The room didn't have towels, and it took over an hour to get towels, but other than that it was fine. It was a very comfortable bed and the A/C worked great. Beautiful view outside, I wish we'd had more time there. They arranged a taxi for us on our way out, which we appreciated very much.

Not as advertised, the carpets were dirty and I did not even want to place my prayer mat on. Not well maintained and building needs a upgrade. We were given the wrong room on arrival. The only good thing was the friendly staff. Would not recommend.
