Unhelpful staff, no microwave or even the tiniest of amenities yet charges a “resort fee” with no explanation of charges. Too long of hallways to get to the room which is not ideal for disabled people like myself. I would not recommend! Spend the extra few dollars (and by that I mean I saved $10 to stay here) and stay in Vegas instead!

This was arguably the nastiest hotel room we’ve ever been subjected to during our travels with our 2 well-trained and completely housebroken small dogs. Tucked away in a dark and remote section of the hotel, a level down from the main casino area, the first thing we noted on entering the room we were assigned was the smell of animal urine. The room itself was dark and dank and had very old, very dirty-appearing carpet. Although the toilet itself appeared clean, the rest of the bathroom and the washup area looked dirty. There was accumulated grime and hairs around the counter backsplash! (I will attach photos if I can). There were 4 old-looking reading lights around the heads of the beds - only one of these actually worked. Much of the furniture looked battered. There were visible marks and stains on the carpet and walls! I was frankly very, very unhappy to even think about staying in this room. And way out on the border of Nevada and California there are very few hotel options. I took my concerns to the lady at the front desk, who initially essentially told me that if one reserved a room through Expedia, as we had, one would pretty much get whatever was assigned, especially with pets. When I showed her some of the pictures of what the room was like, she rescinded that, and did move us to a different room. This second room was still in the dim and remote lower area of the hotel, but the room smelled better. The sheets did appear clean. I would say more, but am out of space

The room was in terrible condition and couldn’t have been further away from the elevator. The room and bathroom were filthy, dusty, grimey, toilet bowl had rings and tub was almost black from mold. Blood or splatters of red all over the nightstand. Lighting was poor and heater unit was so packed with dust we had to go without heat. Addressed this with the front desk and was completely ignored.
