Staff was nice when checking inn apparently they didnt have a room ready for me it was 630pm on a sat event in the casino and they had a couple people waiting on a room ? She told if i dint want to wait i could upgrade to a mini suite for 50 bucks more ? Got played to pay more casino itself is not good leaking water right in the entrance of the rooms and the floor soaked and you have to walk thru it the room was okay cleaned but very outdated and is screaming for a remodel thought the whole time the casino was closed they were fixing it up... terrible they are half way inn and halfway out they need to get it together

This hotel could use an upgrade...very old and run down. First the check in had a very long line and service was nice but very slow. The room had stained carpet and the chair was a little scary!! The sheet on the mattress didn't fit and I could see stains on the exposed area and was afraid to look harder. I would not stay here again at any discount!

I went to check and was told it was sold out and no rooms available. I had already paid for my stay and was told by the front desk lady that if I wanted to speak to manager I had to go get her myself. She was extremely rude. Terrible experience!

The bathroom ceiling was leaking from the floor above my room and my clothes that were in the bathroom got soaked. I had to put them in a plastic bag to take home. There was no facility to wash them at the hotel.

The property was dirty from the moment we arrived. The lobby elevator was filthy, and when we got to our room it was not clean either. Overall, the entire place felt poorly maintained. I would not stay here again, and if zero stars were an option, I would choose that.

Everything was great but the food sold inside the casino was gross.. but that Taco truck outside after the concert, the Tacos were amazing!!! I literally had to throw the ones I bought at “The Mexican food” inside the casino away! No lemons or cilantro or onions?!?! 😰😭 Everything else was amazing and I had a great time/Stay !!! 🫶🏽❣️✨

Sad to admit but this place is a ghost town! No entertainment at all and place is so deteriorated. Aside from the Arena of the Stars, this place is such a disappointment. Staff at reception aren’t personal at all and the tree bar had one bartender on a concert night right before the event. Overall a poor experience.
