House situated in a lovely location with direct access to the Campo for Dog walks. However, upon arrival there was no fixing for the shower head, the electric hob had to be turned off on the Main board as it kept on coming on , despite being turned off. Overall the property felt tired and unloved. There were only 4 dining room chairs , but the house slept 6 .... The washing machine is in a dirty , messy little room under the house with no washing basket or anywhere to put things. All in all it was just sad to see that a property with so much potential is being operated like this.

Margarita review

The property was very clean and well-maintained, though it is an older building and could benefit from some updates. The main bathroom, in particular, needs a fresh coat of enamel on the bathtub. Very difficult to comunicate by phone with interhome that manages the property.

Prettige en centraal gelegen accommodatie

Ons verblijf in Casa Margarita was prima. Het huis is gedateerd, maar alles functioneert. De bedden zijn prima, er is voldoende ruimte, alleen de inrichting zou iets praktischer en smaakvoller kunnen. Keuken is prima uitgerust, afzuigkap en licht boven de kookplaat ontbreekt, dat is dan weer jammer. De buitenruimte is prettig en ruim. Heel geschikt voor met een hond, achter het huis is een goed uitlaatgebied waar de hond los kan lopen. Ligging is uitstekend, in 10 tot 15 minuten in centrum Jávea of strand.

Nice house needs some maintenance

House is fine as the location. House needs some maintenance everything works and everything is there but some stuff is outdated. It did not bother us, because it fits the price.
