It includes a private parking space and is fully equipped with everything needed for a perfect, pleasant, and relaxing stay.

It is ideally situated—with the beach just a 2-minute drive away within an established residential complex in a very quiet area (even during peak season). All essential services (supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, the municipal market, shops, etc.) are accessible without the need for a car.

The apartment offers expansive views across the entire Bay of Jávea, stretching from Cabo de San Antonio (where the lighthouse beam is visible nightly from the living room and terrace, and Ibiza can be seen at sunrise on clear days) to Cabo de San Martín, as well as the Montgó massif; the terrace also offers a wonderful spot to enjoy the sunset.
