Der Pool Weltklasse. Die Lage schön und sehr ruhig.Das Haus könnte einen Farbanstrich innen und außen mal erhalten. Fliegengitter defekt oder alt und unsauber,Küche nicht auf dem neusten Stand kein Wlan, kein deutsches Fernsehen.

Bon séjour dans cette villa, l’exposition fait que nous avions le soleil toute la journée. La location concerne la partie haute de la villa. Pas très pratique par rapport à l’accès piscine.

La maison bénéficie d’une excellente orientation plein sud, avec le soleil présent toute la journée et jusque tard le soir (la piscine reste ensoleillée jusqu’à environ 21h). Les grandes terrasses et le grand barbecue sont très agréables, et l’environnement est calme et reposant, idéal pour des vacances en famille.En revanche, quelques points faibles sont à noter : présence de fourmis, cuisine un peu trop petite et sans lave-vaisselle, pas de climatisation (ce qui peut rendre les séjours très chauds en été). Des ventilateurs sont fournis, mais ils s’avèrent assez bruyants la nuit.

El lugar es idóneo y lo único cuidado es la piscina, en el resto es deficiciente, la cocina está a falta de lavavajillas o en su defecto agua caliente, hay tuberías que no se usan sin tapar por donde sale un olor horrible, la iluminación exterior no funciona,, no hay cama de matrimonio, sólo individuales y la parcela exterior está descuidada, las plantas crecen a su antojo sin control y la puerta exterior no cierra. Con una inversión pequeña todos los años sería una casa fantástica.

Todo perfecto

La casa es tal como se muestra. La piscina está muy limpia, es grande y muy soleada. La zona es muy tranquila pero se necesita coche para todo.
