The Abiar villa is a beautiful and cosy villa located in a quiet area of Jávea with views of the valley and mountain.

This villa is perfect for a family and/or friends holiday as it has capacity for 10 people.

It is distributed over 3 levels. The main floor consists of a spacious living-dining room with access to the covered terrace, furnished, next to the pool terrace, fully equipped independent kitchen, 2 double bedrooms (one with double bed and en-suite bathroom and another with two single beds) and 1 bathroom with shower, interior access to the upper floor where the main bedroom is located with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and beautiful terrace with views.

The ground floor with independent entrance has a lovely living-dining room, equipped kitchen and 2 double bedrooms (one with double bed and en-suite shower bathroom and the other with two single beds and also en-suite shower bathroom).



Outside is the pool with its terrace with outdoor furniture, garden around the villa and large parking area within the fenced plot.

Due to the villa's location, they can equally move to Jávea or Benitaxell, located just 1 km from the Jávea Golf Club which has a nice bar/restaurant.
