Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the property, but several frustrations stemmed from the property management. We received two different check-in times and two different sets of checkout instructions, which was confusing.The most frustrating issue was the Wi‑Fi. The network information provided to us was incorrect, and since there was no cell service at the house, we had to drive about 15 minutes back to the main road to contact management. We were told to reset the modem, but that didn’t solve the problem. Eventually, we noticed a completely different Wi‑Fi network listed on the refrigerator, which worked. When we shared this with management, they responded with a simple “thanks,” without any acknowledgment or apology for the time we wasted troubleshooting.We were also disappointed to learn upon arrival that pets were only allowed on the main level. That’s a reasonable rule, but it should have been clearly disclosed in the listing.
