Staff was super nice and friendly. Property was clean. Beds are high but comfy. My kids and husband loved the pool! No Chinese restaurant like Travelocity said but there is an okay Mexican restaurant right behind us within walking distance.

Unlike a lot of hotels, we go to that don’t send in housekeepers every day this one did. They were very thorough and while I wasn’t expecting them to come in, I left the room a bit of a mess and they treated my items 0clthes)that they had to move nicely and set them nicely down, even folding the blankets that we had on our air mattress for my child.

Check in was the fastest and easiest that I've ever had. Room was clean. I was expecting the a/c to be loud and struggle, knowing that the building was an older one, but it was quiet and had no trouble keeping the room cool. Breakfast was very simple, but sufficient.

Nice place. Breakfast needs to be until 10am!

Clean. Good area. Felt safe. Air conditioner didn’t work very good at all. Room would not cool down well. Breakfast ends at 9am. Really? Annoyed at that. Staff was nice. Place was clean and tidy though. Mexican restaurant is a walk through the parking lot. Very convenient. Police station right across the street.

Check in could have been a little more informative. Did not mention where elevator was located or breakfast times. Most hotels have breakfast until 10. The early closing was in line with all of the local restaurants being closed before 10 pm when they advertise being open until 10.

This is our home away from home when we visit family in Jasper. We've been staying there 10 years. It's a solid hotel for the price. It has had some updates, but could stand a few more. It's clean, safe, and the staff could not possibly be nicer! Keep up the great work!

Nice for quick stays/overnight travel

Stayed here for a night to rest after an eventful day at Holiday World. Since there were not many rooms available in Santa Claus, I found this property nearby with quick access onto the main highway to head back towards Indianapolis. Room was good size for the value and comfortable for the night. We were pleased that they offered breakfast but due to time constraints, we had to pass up on it this time. The waffles were very tempting though! Will stay again if ever back in the area.
