Villa Bella Vista is a modern luxury villa located in Rovanjska, a charming seaside village, near the historic city of Zadar. Nestled between the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea and the magnificent Velebit mountain, Rovanjska is an ideal destination for guests seeking a peaceful and relaxing holiday surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. The villa covers 240 m² of living space on a 425 m² private property and can accommodate up to 9 guests. Its unique position offers spectacular panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea and the Velebit mountain from virtually every room in the house.

Villa Bella Vista is fully air-conditioned and features four elegantly furnished bedrooms. Three bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the fourth bedroom offers two single beds. The villa comfortably accommodates eight guests in the bedrooms, while an additional guest can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. There are three modern bathrooms and one separate toilet.

On the ground floor, guests will find a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a private gym located within the garage area. The first floor features a spacious open-plan living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen where guests can prepare and enjoy delicious meals together. This floor also includes a separate toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. For entertainment, guests can enjoy a PlayStation 5, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

The second floor consists of three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two spacious bedrooms feature large double beds, while the third bedroom is furnished with two single beds. All rooms are tastefully designed and offer stunning sea and mountain views.

The outdoor area is designed for complete relaxation and enjoyment. Guests can spend their days by the private heated swimming pool, sunbathing on comfortable loungers, or enjoying the spectacular views from the terrace. The villa also features an outdoor shower, a beautifully furnished terrace with outdoor seating, and a fully equipped summer kitchen with a barbecue, perfect for preparing traditional Dalmatian meals and enjoying unforgettable evenings with family and friends.

The entire property is fully fenced, ensuring privacy and security. Guests have access to three private parking spaces within the courtyard.

Please note that pets are not allowed. Younger groups are welcome; however, bachelor and bachelorette parties are not permitted.

Beautiful Rovanjska is situated at the end of the Podvelebit Channel, one of the most picturesque parts of the Croatian coast.
