A tiny house with a big presence! Tall, bold, and full of light. Enjoy a king bed in the master and a queen bed in the loft. Cook full meals in the stocked kitchen, relax on the huge porch, or unwind by the fire pit. Just a 5‑minute walk to the community beach on the Albemarle Sound for breathtaking sunsets, and a short 20‑minute drive to the OBX.

Unique and quiet neighborhood. Sandy roads lead you to this thoughtfully built tiny house. It makes the most of every inch, offering a bright, efficient layout with tall ceilings and a huge front porch that instantly expands the living space. Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen, a full bathroom, and a cozy lofted bedroom with a queen bed.

Please note: The Second Bedroom is the loft with a queen bed.The loft has lower ceilings and is designed for relaxing and sleeping — you can’t fully stand upright. Access is by a sturdy 9‑ft ladder, and for safety, young children are not permitted in the loft. Guests should use caution when climbing.

The home sits in a peaceful, tucked‑away neighborhood with a small, quiet community beach just a 5‑minute walk away. Traveling with a larger group? We also host another listing just a couple houses over in the neighborhood — an easy walking distance and perfect for families or friends who want to stay close together.

The house is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. The beach was nice and open for the dog to play around in. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was great to cook in and the porch in front was nice to sit on and enjoy the evening.
