This served *my* purpose, which was basically a reasonably priced bed for my few hours of downtime. It’s fine if you know what you’re getting. This is a recently built (2022) 3BR tract home in far SE Jarrell, on the edge of country. Two BRs are locked and the rest is basically yours, including a kitchen and open dining/living area. It’s sparsely furnished with 2nd-hand furniture, though the bed is not lacking. It doesn’t have the well-designed charm of more established places, but I didn’t need that. In time, the owner may flesh the place out with more amenities and comforts.
The owner was reliably available online through app messaging and was polite and helpful. I was a little disconcerted about a request for a photo of my DL; in my opinion this should not be needed for an established Vrbo user.
The value and location was better than hotels for the business I had in the area south and east of this property.
