Fantastic holiday home only 30 meters to the lake with access to sauna, boat, bathing jetty, pedal boat and much more! Here you live in a nice cottage with kitchen and dining area on the ground floor and cozy sleeping loft. Lovely plot with several patios to choose from. The cottage is located in Järna on a common lake plot by Lake Vällingen only 40 minutes drive to central Stockholm and 15 minutes to central Södertälje. This is a holiday home that offers most things close to beautiful nature, good fishing, soothing environment and city pulse if desired. Here are very good conditions for a perfect holiday! Next to the cottage there is a nice café set where morning coffee can be enjoyed. In the cottage there is an open kitchen equipped with everything you could possibly need and a nice dining area. Large bathroom with shower and washing machine. Upstairs you reach the sleeping loft with all sleeping places divided into a double bed and two single beds. Via a staircase between the cottage and the owner's house you reach a large terrace where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake. On the plot there is a separate boat dock with rowing boat and pedal boat that is included, it is also possible to rent a kayak and motor boat for a fee from the owner on site. There is a lovely sauna on the sauna raft, sauna baths are included, but if you want to take a trip on the lake with the sauna raft, you can also rent on site for a fee. There is also its own small sandy beach which is perfect for the little ones. Several different patios to choose from, two different by the water, one on the sauna raft, one with and without a roof where there is also an outdoor kitchen and bathing ladder. Simpler gym equipment such as free weights are available on the site. Outdoor gym is also about 2 km away. For those of you who want to fish, Vällingen offers several types of fish, perch fishing is said to be good! If you want to go on an excursion, Trosa is a must with its cozy alleys and café as well as a visit to Gripsholm Castle in Mariefred. Near the cottage there is also Kallfors restaurant and golf course, where you can eat a good piece of food and take a round of golf. In Järna there are grocery stores and other shops and services, in Södertälje center there is a large selection of shopping. Good to know: Common plot with owner. Road goes through the property and in front of the cottage but rarely trafficked as it is only used by a neighbor who passes to get to his house. All sleeping places are in one and the same room in the sleeping loft. Carport adjacent to the cottage.
