We have enjoyed our stay very much. It was our first time in Stockholm. Everything you need to feel at home for a short or a long stay. Staff is incredibly helpful and always ready to help. Gym, Spa and Laundry very accessible in the building. We enjoyed the very convenient breakfast in a box with a sandwich, fruit, yogurt, juice and a dessert wafer. Since we stayed for a long time, the cleaning crew was always helpful, cleaning was once a week, but available if needed. We had fun getting on and off bed but I don’t recommend it for people with difficulty walking for they are above ground level.

The rooms were not really what is advertised and the cleanliness was not the best. Although it’s not the best option if you’re interested in staying near Stockholm, it’s good if you want to stay somewhere quiet and simple

Not recommended at all!

It was not a place to stay even one night! Terrible service and communication, terrible room, terrible breakfast. The hotel was not clean at all the stairs were full of dirty water and snow from outside. The locker of the room was broken and beeping the whole night! We could not lock the door from inside and did not feel safe during the night! When we talked to the reception ( a black hair lady), she was not communicating politely, she didnt accept to change the room with a proper locker and she was not even looking at us while we were talking to her. She said pull the door harshly to be closed but that didnt help also and still making too much noise all the night. Our neighbour knocked our door for the noise of the locker but we couldnt do anything! The reception said we will fix it in an hour but lied. Terrible experience from a 4 star hotel so far! The inside floor of the room was full of long black hair everywhere, disgusting! The breakfast was packed in a small bag and delivered in the morning without asking if we have allergy to the any of those inside the pack! No tea, no coffee included in the breakfast. (Only an apple, a small orange juice, a very small sandwich with cheese and old veggies on top). We were not satisfied at all and do not recommend anybody to stay even one night there!

Great apartments, can be noisy, no cleaning

The apartments are great and well arranged. Unfortunately, the cooking utensils are usually few and far between, you only get a very minimum amount. The biggest drawback is that it can get very noisy, even in the middle of the night, and currently, there is no cleaning service, even if you stay more than one week.

Everything was nice and clean. I would give it a 5 star but in my last day when i was about to leave no one was at desk and had uber waiting for 20 min. No one showed up so i had to leave room card at desk and take off, also ended up paying little extra to my uber because of that.

Ive stayed at Hoom a lot and have always enjoyed my stays there. The reception team are always really nice and super helpful. The breakfast is also good too. The rooms are always nice and clean. The only thing i would change is that the amount and type of cutlery differs greatly. You can be lucky and get a full set or you might get the opposite. Not a big deal but i do a lot of cooking when i stay there so it can be a bit a of downer. Otherwise i would highly recommend Hoom to anyone

Recommended

I would highly recommend the hotel, considering the price class. The kitchen (with a large fridge, stove, convection oven/microwave and dishwasher) was fantastic, and allows one to prepare your own food (which BTW is really expensive in Sweden). The room was spacious (once again considering the price class) and the furniture and other finishings were of high quality. The trash was taken out daily, but the rest of my room (bathroom, linen etc.) was only cleaned twice during my 17 night stay. I was disappointed that I was charged (SEK 100) when I asked to book out 1 hour late, especially considering that I stayed at the hotel for 17 nights and informed the staff a day in advance. The location of the hotel was good, especially if you're travelling to Jarfalla for business. There are two bus stops nearby (120m and 400m), as well as a small shopping centre (1200m), however there are no restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
