A pousada tem muitos pontos positivos e potencial para proporcionar uma excelente experiência, mas alguns detalhes importantes comprometeram nossa estadia. O atendimento da equipe foi extremamente cordial e prestativo. Fomos recebidos com um drink não alcoólico no check-in e uma cocada com bilhete escrito à mão no quarto, um cuidado muito carinhoso. O café da manhã à la carte merece destaque pela qualidade e apresentação, embora tenha faltado algo básico: frutas. A pousada também oferece ótimas comodidades de praia, além de roupas de cama, toalhas e amenities L’Occitane de excelente qualidade. Por outro lado, a Vila Família trouxe frustrações. A piscina particular não possui privacidade, ficando totalmente exposta à piscina comum, algo que as fotos não deixam claro. Além disso, a acomodação anunciava banheira de imersão, mas isso não correspondia à realidade. No restaurante, pedimos uma pizza de Parma com rúcula e, sem qualquer consulta prévia, a rúcula foi substituída por alface porque o ingrediente estava em falta. Honestamente, isso não faz sentido como substituição e acreditamos que o correto teria sido nos consultar. Também nos incomodou bastante no dia que chegamos, a presença constante de funcionários da manutenção circulando pela área dos quartos e da piscina sem uniforme. No geral, a pousada oferece conforto e boa gastronomia, mas precisa melhorar questões de privacidade, comunicação e funcionalidade para estar alinhada à proposta e ao valor da hospedagem.

Vista da praia maravilhosa. Acomodaçoes aconchegantes. Cama excelente. Para quem.busca paz e tranquilidade este é o lugar certo. Mar com uma cor indescritível, quentinho. A pousada é maravilhosa. Funcionários extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos (um elogio especial ao Saulo e a Daniela). Quarto espaçoso, muito confortável, tudo novo e impecável, todos quartos são próximos da piscina central e a poucos passos da praia. A pousada ainda oferta bike elétrica para passeio na praia, stand up e caiaque. O café da manhã é fantástico e as comidas servidas no restaurante e na piscina são uma atração a parte. A experiência foi sensacional. Voltaremos mais vezes. Só elogios!
