The tropical villa is located within the gated Marbella Estate resort and features 3 bedrooms, all equipped with fans and air conditioning, as well as 2 bathrooms.
It has a luxury kitchen with a dishwasher, gas stove, large (American-style) refrigerator with an ice maker, combination microwave, Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, and a filter coffee maker.
Adjacent to the rear French doors is a porch with a large seating area leading to a private pool (6x3) with a lounge deck.
There are a variety of seating and lounging options: the pool deck features a 6-person lounge set and a 6-person dining area.
There are 4 adjustable lounge chairs by the pool, and a cabana (1.40 x 2 m) in the garden. In short, it’s a wonderful place to relax, with everything you need right at your fingertips!
An alarm system and a safe are provided.
The home has shutters on the doors and windows, which feature safety glass and screen doors, allowing for a safe and pleasant breeze.
The park has a large communal pool and is located near the Spaanse Water and the beaches of Jan Thiel, Zanzibar, and Papagayo.
