A wooden villa located 75 km north of Tampere, Lake Kuusjärvi 20 m. Hard, gently deepening sandy beach, own rowing boat. The distance to Himos Ski Resort is 32 km.

The villa, built in 2024, features a well-equipped living room/kitchen. The spacious living area includes a large dining group, a big smart TV, and a fireplace. The villa has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with three separate beds each. A large 60 m² terrace offers stunning views of the lake.

In addition, there is a heated outbuilding in the yard, providing two additional beds, making it comfortable even in winter. The washroom includes a shower and WC, and there is also an additional separate WC.

By the lake, there is a log-built lakeside sauna with a wood-heated sauna stove equipped with a water tank. The sauna also has a separate dressing room. Winter time there is hole on the ice, which kept open with electric pump
