In addition, a utility room and a lobby. The shower and WC are both on the ground floor and the upper floor.
The plot, 7000 m², is located completely in its own peace in the middle of a nice traditional landscape. The beach has its own pier and a rowing boat (+ life jackets). In the yard, an old-fashioned yard sauna with a wood-burning sauna stove and running water. The sauna offers nice hot steams. There is access from the sauna to the swimming. From the garden sauna to the beach approx. 50 m.
