I was put into a handicapped room even though i am not handicapped, but the rate was a little less I guess. The annoying things werethat the toilet kept running (bubbling) and the fan was exceptionally loud and annoying. The Kleenex ran out after 4 tissues. The tv stand is way off center to the bed so you needed to turn your head the entire time. Otherwise a good room (right next to housekeeping.)

The property was under construction which wasn't described beforehand. Pool area was closed. Breakfast was very poor with few options even with 45 minutes of time left. Very disappointing. Room was clean which is the only reason i didn't give this a 1 star rating.

Holiday Inn Express that needs work

I was told when we checked that they were remodeling. Good thing. Overall, the room was clean. However, carpets are stained, room smelled like cigarettes, and towels were threadbare. Bed was very cozy and comfortable.

Not Holiday Inn quality. Blackout curtains torn, not working closing correctly. Bathtub stained, not feeling clean. Lack of on property parking due some construction and contractor taking parking space.

Slow check in. Could not get a room key due to updated software not working properly. A staff member had to keep letting me into my room. Shower head was loose and kept spinning due to the water pressure. Hard to get a decent shower

Check-in was terrible. Had two suites booked the hotel had only booked one receptionist "found" an open room which was a "standard" room.. when entering the room it was already occupied, when going back to reception to address the issue another 2 parties had the same issue with their booked rooms already being occupied.. the worst experience I've had while trying to stay at a hotel.

Dirty bathtub, very dusty room, no ice machine, mediocre breakfast (cold, tasteless eggs), had to throw icky food away that was in fridge when we got there, looked like one bed had unchanged sheets. Bed was comfortable.
