Clean. Quiet, public places. Helpful staff! Breakfast was served was hot and good. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. I think I sleep better in hotel and I do at home in my own bed. At least I don’t toss and turn as much.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating and Jon from the maintenance department went above and beyond to help me when I lost a necklace behind the bathroom vanity.

Our room had grit and bugs on the bathroom counter. there were also a couple bugs in the toilet. The bathroom sink and tub drains did not drain well. In fact your feet got a good soaking while taking a shower. There was hair on the towels that were on the shelf and also hair clippings on the sink area counter. The room darkening shade on the couch window was broken and did not close, so we enjoyed the glow of the parking lot lights all night. The cotton blanket in the closet was not folded and we were not certain if it had been used or not, so we had to go to the front desk to request a fresh one. I would expect that to certify cleanliness, these blankets would be sealed in a plastic bag or at least neatly folded. We didn't know if this was a Hampton Inn. We were not happy! We will not stay here again.
