We stayed here for 3 nights. Immediately upon entering the room the smell of dirty linens hit you. Only 2 outlets in the room were functional. The shower had very little water pressure, but that's not that uncommon. There was hot water for tea and coffee in the common area all the time. The coffee available in the breakfast area was not good, it tastes burned. The room coffee pods actually tasted better. The breakfast is mostly baked goods, with eggs and sausage offered as hot items. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Pool area was so nice and so clean! They had balls and pool noodles for everyone to use which I’ve never seen before. Lots of clean towels for the pool area! Even when you walked into the hotel it smelled clean. Our family had a blast. Would definitely stay again!!

From beginning to end - all was great! Love the shampoo - conditioner - body wash in the shower - the full length mirror - refrigerator - microwave - cleanliness and check in and out. Did not use the breakfast but also nice to have! We will be back and will let others know to stop here!

Room was not cleaned very well, there was garbage under both beds and then the garbages didn’t even have bags in them. The day time front desk lady was very nice but the evening front desk gal was very crabby, not in a good mood every time I interacted with her. On top of that she came in the pool and was yelling at some families I’m not sure what about but handled it very unprofessional and rude.

We weren’t able to stay due to weather. I understand cancelation policies don’t always allow for refunds but the fact of how rude the man was that I spoke with made for an awful impression and experience. Considering we stay often for business, I’m reconsidering my choice in the future. Kindness and patience go a long way especially in stressful situations like winter weather.

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Jamestown for a couple nights in mid-November, and overall it was a solid experience—especially for the price. The biggest win was definitely the water slides—my kids had an absolute blast, which made the stay worth it on its own. The staff was super friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. Everyone we interacted with was upbeat and welcoming, and that made a big difference. The room itself was fine—nothing fancy, but clean enough and decently comfortable. It did feel a little on the dingy side, like it could use a refresh, and I had a bit of a hard time finding enough convenient outlets to charge phones and devices, which was a little frustrating. One weird thing: the elevator made a kind of unsettling noise every time we used it. It didn’t break down or anything, but I definitely had a moment or two of wondering if we were about to get stuck! All that said, for the price point, I’d say this hotel delivers. Not perfect, but a great value—especially if you’re traveling with kids who love a pool with slides.
