Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Originally I had booked this hotel for three nights, but I could not keep that plan due to the poor condition of the room. It might be reasonable given the cheap price but I can't imagine who can accept a cockroach crawling on the bed upon opening the door. In addition to that, the cleanliness of the bed was not well maintained. Eventually, I changed my booking to only 1 night although it costed 2-nights price due to the cancellation fee. No choice.
