Clean, roomy, good services. Location is great: 10-min walk to Monas, right next to a few local malls. The indoor pool is great, only 5ft deep, but 'nuff for lap swimming. But the thing stuck me the most was the breakfast buffet: phenomenal/excellent Singaporean foods! I would stay at another ParkRoyal hotel the next time I travel to Asia just for the the breakfast buffet!

In general, hotels in Indonesia offer excellent service compared to many other countries. The staff and housekeeping here were extremely kind and attentive. They even did a deep cleaning upon our request due to our carpet and dust allergies, and also provided an air purifier for us at no extra charge, which we truly appreciated. The breakfast was average, but overall the stay was definitely worth the price.
