Hotel is clean but BAD service

This hotel is new and very clean. But some staff can't speak English. And laundry is so expensive. there is no laundry machine. when I ordered the ice box, the respons was so slow. the room service made very early morning call by mistake in spite of I did not order. so I felt very uncomfortable during my stay.

Good but can be improved

This is my second stay at Nuanza, love that the room is well-lit and very clean. Some improvements to suggest: air-conditioner temperature is not adjustable (or probably the remote control needs repair :), please also consider changing the toiletries to eco-friendly versions. I do not understand the different quality of food served at the only restaurant located at L5, dinner was perfect, but breakfast was bad, although lots of varieties to choose from but the taste should be improved. I visited the salon for a quick haircut but they overcharged, not going to return!

Good but can be improved

I was told that the hotel is only 1 year old, overall stay is excellent, staff are very polite and attentive, room is very clean, breakfast and dinner were good (although some breakfast dishes were cold). The only setback is probably due to staff' lack of experience in handling check-in/out that guests had to wait for system confirmation. A slight improvement on this and the rate would be perfect!
