This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There were bedbugs in the bed, so I immediately requested a checkout and a refund. However, they told me to wait until the manager arrived. It was around 11 PM, and since I had an early morning flight the next day, I refused and left. They have absolutely zero hospitality.

This was a good and affordable place to stay for one night before our flight. However, there was a lot of noise in the hallway during the night and people repeatedly tried to use their cards to enter our room (possibly mistakenly assigned to our room?). Staff was friendly and great to deal with. Breakfast was decent. But room was very dirty. Stained sheets and whole room in need of a deep cleaning. Overall the hotel could use a remodel/refresh. I've stayed in plenty of Ibis hotels before and don't expect a 5 star experience at the price point but my advice is to avoid this one and maybe upgrade to the nearby Ibis styles instead.
