Got in from airport too early to check-in so they held my luggage.. went out got back just in time to sleep, room was very nice, very clean and comfortable.. Shuttle to Airport was perfect. If I need to transit again there is no question I would stay here again

From the time of the pick up from the airport to checking out, the service of the staff was excellent. Shuttle driver was punctual and directions to the meeting area was clear. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and smiling.

Shuttle drivers were prompt, but once they found us, rather than one of them running to tell the shuttle driver to come pick us up from where he was parked, they had us walk almost a mile to where he was parked??? Why not drive to your customer, not make them walk?

Gorgeous hotel. Really clean with a great gym and pool. Staff were so friendly. The nicest lay over I've ever had. Hotel pick up worked well although you have to wait for other guests to arrive.
