We stayed in a king suite room and it was wonderful! The staff are very attentive and kind. One of the waitstaff at breakfast, Annisa, was very sweet and kind to my family! Overall was great. The staffs pleasure to deal with. Just a reminder for a 5 star hotel to keep up the room/bathroom maintenance so everything stays nice, tidy, clean, and doesn’t wear out easily thats important thing. Very good hotel. Mall entrance is from inside the lobby by the coffee shop at the lobby not very far is about 25 minutes. Dr. to the airport extended my day one hour which is very kind of them very clean. New hotel mall is very nice. has everything people who check in and check me out are very kind people his name is hanif , Nadia and garland were very nice and gave me great service.
