Easy check in. Very friendly staff, always welcoming and helpful. Only downside is the lack of selection of English Breakfast. It would be great if they serve more options for english breakfast. Overall stay was excellent. Will come back again.

The room, AC was poor did not keep room cool enough. The toilet required me to flush it for roughly 15-25 seconds to actually get the toilet to flush. These two things caused minor inconveniences, and they unfortunately couldn't fix either during the stay. That being said, the room was clean, property was clean, breakfast was great with a wide variety and fresh fruit. The staff at the hotel were very kind, curteous, and helpful. This was the 2nd stay of mine and they have always had excellent service. I would highly reccomend this hotel for anyone to stay at.

Decent hotel in central Jakarata, walking distance to Gambia station and easy to get to all the sites by taxi or tuktuk. Reasonable, clean rooms. Very large pool and bar in a lovely garden. Staff were great - thanks to Ricci in the bar for the Indonesian snack recommendations! Delicious.

Aryduta Hotel is a nice hotel in Menteng, very close to Gambir train station. It's an older hotel so the rooms are quite dated but spacious. A good business hotel for travellers.

The Hotel is good. The staff very well dressed. But very low energy. The staff appear not motivated to offer services. Th Restaurant staff seemed better in customer service but still average when i compare with other cities i travel. The house keeping takes very long to respond. Room telephones that don't work unless you know the extensions off head. I had just arrived from Dubai where i stayed in a 3 star where the service exceeds Arya Duta. I do my workshops in Arya Duta in other cities - the energy to serve customers with a smile is very low.
