Booked room for 4 occupants but bath towels were only 2. Hand towels were completely missing during the stay. Shampoo was missing in the bathroom. 2 out of 3 lifts were not working. Check in process was cumbersome and long. We had booked 2 rooms but hotel’s systems were showing only 1 room. We had resolved that confusion over the phone before check in, but during check-in, staff had some confusion. Swimming pool area on rooftop was unorganized, dirty, and full of pigeons in the pool water.

This hotel is very nice. The staff did their best to accommodate everything to a high standard - it was clear that many things had been shut for a long time due to COVID and we just now coming back. There were a lot of guests at the hotel and the hotel seemed understaffed or not ready to accommodate so many people. That being said, all the staff were excellent and the breakfast was really good.

We booked this hotel for 3 nights. We have to change our room 4 time for various reasons. First we booked double bed, they gave us king, second room hotel staff said there is technical difficulties, third room was very dirty, and smelly, fourth one light wasn't working.
