Great hotel, superb service & central location!

We stayed for just 1 night but it was made extremely comfortable and memorable by the great service we received from HR Palace! Travelling along with my senior citizen mom and my very young son during the cold December month, we had special needs in both rooms we had booked. The hotel manager Mr. Anuj went out of his way in making sure that our needs were very well met, even though our stay was just for 1 night. The hotel is nicely decorated and the rooms clean and tidy. Their morning breakfast spread as also food quality is amazing. Every person we interacted from the hotel made effort towards providing good service to us and that means a lot when travelling with family. Last but not the least, the hotel is located in a very central place pretty close to the railway station - so eateries and commute is easy too. I will surely recommend H R Palace to other travellers and would certainly stay there again if i went back to Jaipur.

For the money, it's a great place to stay!!!

Our overall experience at H.R. Palace was good. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and comfort was above average for India, at that price point. Condition of the room was decent. The location is close to center of town, making everything easily accessible. The selling point was the staff. They where very helpful and informative. Food was also good.

Lots of good service. Nice rooftop restaurant. Rooftop would be more attractive with more plants and little string lights around? But very kind people. Helpful staff got us driver for the day and driver to Pushkar. Both very nice and spoke some English.

Friendly and clean midrange hotel

HR Palace is a good mid-range hotel. The staff were very helpful. There is a nice rooftop restaurant. The room was clean and the bed reasonably comfortable. There was hot water. The location is a 10-15 minute walk from Jaipur Station which is handy but about a 30 minute walk to the pink city. There are not a lot of tourists in this area which will appeal to some but not other tourists.

It was a little hard to find as the google maps app took me a little away from it, maybe some technical issues, all in all the staff is pleasing to talk to and food is authentic and amazing! Give this place a go if you're going to Jaipur anytime soon! Bang for the buck!

Good hotel with nice rooftop restaurant

Hotel was very nice. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop restaurant, though meat-lovers should know it's completely vegetarian. First room we were showed to was a twin and not what we booked. It was not as nice as the double we ended up in, so it's good to book a higher category of room.
