The Space:

Villa M4 offers a simple, comfortable base in Jacó, with a living room, dining area and covered patio with hammock.

Bathroom: 1 full bathroom with shower.

Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.



The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, blender, cookware and dishes. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, bed linens and towels are provided. The swimming pools belong to the condominium and are shared with other guests and residents.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of Villa M4, including both bedrooms and the patio, plus access to the condominium's shared pool area. Parking inside the property is available for one vehicle. Condominium facilities are for registered guests only.



The Neighborhood:

Villa M4 is in Villas Paraíso, Jacó, a convenient base for enjoying Jacó Beach, local restaurants, cafés and shops. Ask your host for recommendations and directions suited to your plans.



Getting Around:

Parking is available for one vehicle inside the property. Taxis and rental cars are options for exploring Jacó and the surrounding area. Ask your host about airport transportation and local travel arrangements; travel times depend on traffic and your route.



Other Things to Note:

The condominium pools will be closed October 5–23, 2026 for scheduled HOA maintenance.



Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Enter the correct total number of guests when booking so the platform can display the applicable full price. All guests must be included in the reservation before check-in.



Access to the villa and condominium facilities is limited to registered guests. Unregistered visitors and overnight guests are not permitted. The pools are shared, not private.



Check-in: 3:00 PM–10:00 PM. Checkout: 11:00 AM. Children and infants are welcome. Pets, smoking, parties and events are not allowed.
