The Space:

Villa C55 offers two bedrooms and one full bathroom, with space for up to four guests. Bedroom 1 has one double bed; Bedroom 2 has two single beds, for a total of three beds. The living area has a sofa and TV beside the kitchen and dining area. Prepare meals with the refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and cookware. Enjoy the covered patio and outdoor dining area. Bed linens and towels are provided, and a washer and dryer are available in the villa. The pools and outdoor common areas are shared with other guests and residents.



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the entire villa, including the kitchen, patio and laundry area, plus access to the shared pools and common areas. Parking is available for one vehicle. Access to the community and its facilities is limited to registered guests.



The Neighborhood:

Villas Paraíso is in Jacó, near the beach, restaurants, cafés and local shops. Use Villa C55 as a base for beach days, dining and exploring the surrounding area.



Getting Around:

Parking is available for one vehicle. Taxis and rental cars are options for exploring Jacó and nearby areas. Contact your host for transport recommendations or airport transfer arrangements; travel times depend on traffic.



Other Things to Note:

Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Enter the correct total number of guests when booking so the platform displays the applicable total price. All guests must be registered before check-in. Access to the condominium and its facilities is limited to registered guests; unregistered visitors are not permitted. Children and infants are welcome. The primary guest must be at least 18. Pets, smoking and parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. Check-in is 3:00 PM–11:00 PM; checkout is by 11:00 AM.
