The Space:

Villa Banano 09 offers two bedrooms with one double bed in each and one full bathroom. The living room has a sofa and TV, beside a dining area and kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker. Bed linens and towels are provided. The villa accommodates up to four guests; the swimming pools and outdoor common areas are shared with other guests and residents.



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the entire villa, access to the shared swimming pools and common areas, and parking for one vehicle. Access to the community and its facilities is limited to registered guests.



The Neighborhood:

Villas Paraíso is in Jacó, near the beach, restaurants, cafés and local shops. Use the villa as a base for beach days, dining and exploring the surrounding area.



Getting Around:

Parking is available for one vehicle. Taxis and rental cars are options for exploring Jacó and nearby areas. Contact your host for transport recommendations or airport transfer arrangements; travel times depend on traffic.



Other Things to Note:

POOL MAINTENANCE: The condominium pools will be closed from October 5 to 23 for scheduled maintenance by the homeowners association.



Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Enter the correct total number of guests when booking so the platform displays the applicable total price. All guests must be registered before check-in. Access to the condominium and its facilities is limited to registered guests; unregistered visitors are not permitted. Children and infants are welcome. The primary guest must be at least 18. Pets, smoking and parties are not allowed. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM; checkout is at 11:00 AM.
