-Game room (attached to the living room) has 2 pool tables overlooking pool.
-Outside covered rancho has a wet bar (serves inside the rancho and swim-up bar) & 2 pub-style tables/barstools.
-Also has another outdoor dining area located between the kitchen and covered rancho. So you can eat inside with air conditioning in the living room - your choice!

FYI - 99% of the time a groups book all of their services with us anyway so like we said it's very EASY to qualify for all the FREE services we offer in the price already!

- The restrictions are easy to agree to as we will give you great prices for all the services, boats, airport transfers, DJs, massages, and tours you need for your vacation (We will send you a price sheet after you book)

CHEF SERVICE :
- Is included for breakfasts & dinners if you comply with the restrictions above. Groceries and pre-tip ($2 pp per meal) are NOT INCLUDED - You can add a lunch chef for an extra cost.
- We will send you menu options after you book to see all of your choices and food costs.

Chef service is one of the best parts of your vacation as you will wake up to an incredible breakfast to start the day and enjoy an amazing dinner ranging from steak, bbq ribs, pasta, paella, chicken, seafood, salads, veggie options & more!

NOTE :
- The average price for a group of 15 for a breakfast & dinner chef is around $225 per day (Groceries and tip not included).

CHEF SERVICE TIMES FOR BREAKFASTS & DINNERS (FOOD ON TABLE) :
Breakfast Serving Times (2 options) - 7 am to 8:30 am or 10:30 am
Dinner Serving Times (2 options) - 5 pm to 6:15 pm or 8:30 pm to 9pm

NIGHTTIME DOORMAN ($100+ VALUE) - They will be there to greet you when arrive at the property and make sure nobody unauthorized enters your property when you leave.

2 FREE AIRPORT TRANSFER ($600 VALUE) -
- TWO Free Airport Transfers. 1 from SJO Airport to Jaco for up to 20 passengers and 1 from Jaco to SJO Airport. .
- We can pick you up in San Jose but there will be an additional cost.
-All other transfers are NOT included and are a separate cost.

DAILY DRIVER
- 1 daily minibus for up to 20 people (see photo) and driver in the Jaco/Los Buenos area ONLY for 14 consecutive hours per day.

FYI : Liquor / Beer / Groceries / Snacks / Fruits / Beverages are NOT INCLUDED with the rental of the property and must be supplied separately by the clients. We can assist you with your shopping needs before arrival so your house is pre-stocked if desired or you can stop at a grocery store on your way to Jaco.


CONCIERGE SERVICE (Also Included) : Will work with your butler to help you with your needs morning, day & night. Will also take you out to the restaurants & bars/disco's for those who want to partake in the nighttime activities in Jaco.

CUSTOMER SERVICE : After you book we will send you attachments of all the options you have for your trip. Our Customer Service Department will then help you plan your trip from A to Z until you are happy with you itinerary.
