First, the good news: The staff was very friendly and restaurant/food was very good. Lady D, the bartender/waitress was exceptional.
Second, and I had reservations about posting a negative review but felt it was best for other travelers. After pulling back the bedspread the first night, the bed linens looked like it had been slept on with several stains and hairs between the fitted and flat sheet. I took the pillowcases off and both pillows had stains and black mold on both sides. The same for the second bed. I told my friend in another suite and both of his beds had the same condition. I ended up sleeping on a bare mattress with two blankets and the throw pillows. Informed the staff in the morning and we we offered a "free drink". We refused.
A black access cover in the common walkway became dislodged when I stepped on the edge and my foot fell through, causing a cut on my ankle. I placed a nearby coffee table over the hazard and told the staff. The next day, the coffee table was moved back and a "wet floor" placard was placed over the cover.
My safe would never work, even though the staff "repaired" it. I had to use my friend's safe my entire stay.
Overall, even though the staff and food were nice, I wouldn't stay there again.
