Celine, the property manager, responded promptly to any messages we sent to her which was primarily on arrival. The condo is new and in excellent shape and the grounds are highly maintained. The neighborhood is about a 25 minute walk from the busier part of town so was very quiet with toucans and macaws in the trees visible from the patio. Be prepared to utilized taxis or Uber when grocery shopping as the closest store is a 25 minute walk each way. That inconvenience is offset by the fact 5 minutes from the condo is access to the nicest part of the beach and it was amazing.

Everything was wonderful. The condo is decorated beautifully and has everything you could possibly need, even down to insulated tumblers for the pool. Would highly recommend. Property manager was extremely attentive and answered all questions immediately!
