Beautiful and quiet 3BR condo in an ocean front property. The condo is in the "north" building with 2 directions of sweeping mountain views. Ocean views from the balcony. Dramatic murals fill the home. High end cabinetry and bedroom furniture have been installed.

A hidden gem, this is the best built property in Jaco with elevator access to the unit and ample parking.

The guard gates are very secure and very friendly.

We have a local property manager that will assist you with all things. She is wonderful and fluent in english and spanish. 100% of our staff are local Costa Ricans. If you need anything, don't hesitate to call!

This is a family condo and very secure. All guests will provide passport information prior to arrival. No overnight visitors and no parties, please!

There is free parking onsite, secured within the gate. In total there are 40 spaces - first come first served.

Please note the condo HOA has a strict guest policy - max of 2 guests per bedroom. All visitors must be registered prior to check-in.

The property has a 24/7 guard at the main road controlling a secure entry gate. Ample parking awaits under the shade of trees. The condo consists of two mid-rise buildings and our unit is located in the "north" building on the 3rd floor with elevator access.

Artwork is in every room reflecting the natural beauty of Costa Rica and to inspire you to get outside and explore.

There are 3 balconies go give everyone space to relax, reflect, and think... in privacy!

The master bedroom is very spacious with a well equipped master bathroom, king bed, and private balcony. The 2nd bedroom is also very generous with a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom is cozy with a double bed. There is a full bathroom off of the main hallway that the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share.

A full kitchen has marble countertops, full sized appliances, a bar top, and changes colors to fit your mood.

The living room has a couch and chair. The main patio has a teak outdoor sofa, ocean views (to check the surf report and the party at the Croc's pool) and the laundry is in the main hallway. Highspeed google wifi is available so you can stay connected and send your loved ones pictures of your experience.

You'll love the construction of the building. Beautiful flooring in the hallways, stairwells, and pool deck.

The pool is perfect temperature year round with a bubble tub on top for cooling off after a day of adventuring. There is a grille area and bar in the pool, perfect for socializing and barbeque.

The property is equipped with lush soft grass leading directly onto the volcanic black sand beach. In front of the property are wild almond trees and the local guides keep their horses there to stay cool.

A short walk on the beach to the south will take you to handi-craft sellers, ocean front restaurants, and ocean front massage ladies! The property overlooks the north river in Jaco and at low tide you can walk through it directly to the secluded and natural "monkey beach".

Theres a nature trail to the north and we've had over 50% success viewing sloths and monkeys there. If you keep your eyes peeled you'll see tropical birds flying in and out of the nearby mountain. Beautiful red macaws routinely stop at the local almond trees to have a munch. For the very astute (and lucky) bird watcher you can find toucans flying by on their daily commute.

The neighborhood is walkable with fruit stands, local food, premium seafood, a crossfit gym, footsal soccer field, and lagoon nature trail all nearby.

Downtown Jaco is walkable from the property and you can enjoy the vibrant nightlife, full service grocery stores, coffee shops, beach font bars, and lots of shopping.

Wax up your board! The owner of this property is an avid surfer and surfs directly in front of the property. The largest waves in Jaco are directly out in front. We'd be happy to send you a local surf guide.

The beach has a very large tidal swing and at low tide treasures abound. You will find many treasures in the volcanic sand, including colorful river pebbles, sea glass, sea shells, and ornate drift wood.

If you love nature, you'll love being based here - in addition to the wildlife you can see from the condo, if you go adventuring you can find: ocelots, cranes, tree frogs, tarantulas, sea turtles, sting rays, manta rays, red macaws, toucans, monkeys (squirrel, white face, and howler), white and brown sloths, and many others.

Beautiful landscaping and flowers are everywhere. Costa Rica takes its floral beauty seriously and this property is no exception!

Make sure you experience the food. Costa Rica has grassfed beef, free range chickens, delicious local cuisine (comida typica), fresh seafood, and lots of tropical fruit.
