We booked the suite and everything in the room is extremely old. The shower had more water hitting the wall than your body. Some cabinets wouldn’t close. The safe didn’t work. The tub was outdated, the windows wouldn’t close, the wifi was a bad connection and spotty, the tv picture quality was bad. The bar was useless and was the only place to work as there was no work desk. The water dripped continuously in the shower. The towels were thin and very used. I don’t believe the square feet advertised. The only positive was the view.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. We only stayed 1 night passing through to Tamarindo. We did laundry at the hotel and it was ridiculously priced $26 US for basically socks and underwear and 4 shirts. The rooms are dated and the bathroom is in need of repairs. I also think there may have been bed bugs. I looked at the mattresses and saw signs I have bites the next morning f as well. Location is good pool is noisy as well.

The site I booked had a broken Jacuzzi, no shower head in the Shower and the AC did not work. I had to move to another room which was a much smaller standard room, but no price adjustments were made. The AC in the small room was very weak as well. I am hesitant to provide this review because the staff was pleasant, but it just wasn’t a good stay.

Very nice room , you could see the beach from our balcony. The hotel is right on the beach runs and very close to all the shops in town. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.
