Guests will have full access to the house except for the owner's closet.
Other things to note
4-night minimum stay in high season. High Season is from January 6th - April 30th. 7-night minimum stay for Holiday Season. Holiday Season is from December 20th – January 5th.
For groups that consist of couples or families there is no additional guest charge for over 12 people. So, families and groups with couples only put in a maximum of 12 guests and make a note in the inquiry. Extra guest fee might apply for single guests over 12 people.
At check-in we require a $1000 fully refundable deposit hold on a credit card.
