Very pretty patio and breakfast room. Staff is very helpful and friendly. In a safe easy to find location across from the fire station. Internet was very good.

I was in Jacmel in a Christian mission. I regret that I did not pick this hotel since the beginning. it is so beautiful and the staff is wonderful. A+++++

My stay was absolute horrible, I was extremely uncomfortable. When i first enter the room and open the bathroom door there many roaches in the bathroom and throughout the room. I barely slept the bathroom was filthy and when i teied to check out early the refuse to reimburse me for the days I did not stay at the hotel. I absolute had a horrible experience and hated my stay.

Disappointed in Jacmel

The My Auberge Inn in Jacmel has a lot of potential that it is not living up to unfortunately. It is advertised as near the beach, but we had to ride public transportation 20-25 minutes to get to the nearest beach. The nonexistent concierge could not find a driver for the hotel car, nor a taxi to take us the places we wanted to see. There is no hot water available in the showers nor do the air conditioning units work. The pool and gardens are very beautiful however and we did enjoy sitting outside in the large rocking chairs. If advertised accurately and managed properly this could be a great little boutique hotel. It’s just not quite there yet.

je suis arrivé à l'hotel le midi;acceuil classique mon amie qui a 17 ans et demi arrive avec sa mÚre,sa soeur et une amie j'ai rencontré mon amie alors que j'offrais un pot à un commissaire de police auquel j'ai fait remarquer qu'elle n'était pas majeure qui m'a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de problÚme et qu'elle pouvait aller avec moi! sa mÚre et sa soeur confirment à la patronne de l'hotel qu'elles sont d'accord pour que mon amie reste avec moi la patronne demande la carte d'identité de mon amie;elle n'en a pas puisqu'elle n'est pas majeure! la patronne me demande de refaire venir sa mÚre avec sa carte d'identité! la mÚre revient avec son fils; elle non plus n'a pas de carte d'identité car il faut payer pour en avoir une!!! La patronne refuse que mon amie reste avec moi je quitte l'hotel et je loue une chambre ailleurs j'ai donc payé 3 nuits d'hotel et je n'en ai utilisé aucune la patronne qui va recevoir le prix de ces 3 nuits a exigé malgré tout que je paie plus de 1200 goudes pour les cosommations!!!! j'imagine que vous n'allez pas me rembouser?vous perdez définitivement un client qui passe son temps à voyager dans le monde entier!!! ce sera du "VOL"
