The place was very clean and quiet for the most part. There's a small man-made lake which holds a couple of alligators and a small fleet of turtles which kept me entertained. Great for short term stay. Would recommend and revisit

The rooms especially the floors were VERY dirty. Having small children it was very hard having to tell them to keep socks and shoes on their feet our entire stay. I had to go the store to get products to disinfect our room. There was roaches in our first room and we had to move another. I went to bed and woke up to them crawling in the walls and baby roaches on the floor. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The location was perfect. The updates and the aesthetics were very nice. But the cleanliness really turned us off.

The staff was super friendly. The room was above and beyond my expectations, it was clean and provisions were as described with exception of a coffee maker. Parking was more than adequate. The area has everything you could want in close proximity.
