Not family friendly. This is boarding house/extended stay hotel full of shady people. Smells like cheap dive bar. Weed, vape, beer. Cheapest and most uncomfortable mattress and pillow you can imagine. From outside looks like nice hotel, but inside is cheapest motel you can imagine.

The check in staff was pleasant. The room had dead bugs and was dirty. It smelled terrible. The bed was a VERY soft some kind of mattress no boxspring. I mean like pillow soft no support at all. Not comfortable at all. They close the desk as in pull down metal gate at 5 and you have to dial 500 to get assistance and have never seen that before in all my travels. My husband is not picky and he didn’t want to stay there either. It is non refundable so we just left and got another hotel. Would not recommend.

Found three bugs in room. One inside dishwasher and two in bathroom. The description said there was cooktop, utensils, plates and pots. We paid extra to have that room, but none of that was present or working.

Lisa at the front, so nice and kind. She deserves a better position. It's an okay hotel. A little run down but it's clean. I honestly was in the room to sleep & that's about it.
