Welcome to Private Pool House at 5 points! We are excited to host you. To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone and keep our property in top condition, please review our house rules below:

General Rules
Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Maximum Occupancy: Maximum of 4 guests permitted on the property at any time unless approved in advance by the host.

No Parties or Events: Unapproved gatherings, parties, or loud events are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM out of respect for neighboring residents.

Pool & Outdoor Area
Swim at Your Own Risk: There is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near or in the pool.

No Glass in Pool Area: For safety, please use plastic or shatterproof cups and containers around the pool and patio.

Pool Courtesy: Please rinse off sunscreen before entering the pool and bring outdoor towels inside when not in use.

Pets (if applicable)
Pet Policy: Prior approval required. Please clean up after your pet in the courtyard and ensure they remain off the furniture and bedding.

Smoking & Property Care
No Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. Any evidence of smoking indoors will incur a $250 specialized cleaning fee. Outdoor smoking is permitted and must be cleaned up prior to checkout.

Parking: Please park in the designated off-street parking area at the back of the property (up to 2 vehicles max). Do not block shared driveways or neighbor access.
