The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. There were no blackout curtains, just slated blinds. The parking lot lights felt like spot lights at night coming through the blinds. The bathroom had a motion sensor that turned on a light and the exhaust fan when you entered the room. During the day not a big deal, but when you get up at night to use the bathroom, you get blinded by the light. There are no blow dryers or irons in the room. There was one bar of soap and a bottle of shampoo. No conditioner.

Great property next to I 295 and close to restaurants. Costco is within walking distance as well. The personnel is very friendly and always looking to help.

They made me stay in a room uncleaned and used by someone else. Manager did not care. I will be formally complaining with letters to marriot CEO. I had to stay in 3 rm for a weekend stay bc thry were dirty
Expect hair, public hair, soap scum, dust, dirty floors, might thats inconsiderate. Kaylah is just plain inadequate. See genesis she should be management there. Only one that helped. Manager booked a mtg and never showed up for me.
Was in my room 2 minutes. Floors are filthy. My room 335 smelled like urine and my sheets were stained.

The facility was not "set up" to take payment from 3rd party like expedia. Was given a room key where someone was already inside the room. Canceled the stay, will probably never see the refund. Do not recommend until this hotel has had time to work out some issues.
