Great location at intersection of N. Marine and Western Blvd. Close to all the big chain stores and restaurants. Directly across from Walmart and walking distance to Murphy, a modern gas station and convenience store just a few steps away from motel. Dog friendly with plenty of grassy, tree lined areas to walk them. Very quiet, without extra pedestrian traffic and noisy guests. Coin free washers and dryers on site with use of laundry app. Accommodating, friendly staff.

The room was dirty. There was a dirt layer on the floors the tub shower was dirty. The fridge had trash in it. We reserved a king bed and got two full beds instead. When asked staff what could be done to rectify this they said too bad. It unfortunate i will never stay at this hotel again.

Showed up and the doors were locked. Said they close at 11pm even though I'd just made the reservation at 1115 pm that night. Went and found another hotel. Went next day and spoke to manager trying to get refund. She was not nice or apologetic at all and told me I had to deal with the booking company because they didn't get money from them since I didn't stay. Spoke with booking company and found out this was a lie. Finally 4 days later I am told I'll be refunded my money from booking company in 7 to 10 days. Basically two weeks time without my money because these people want to lock doors at 11:00 p.m. yet still take reservations. Piss poor

When I walked in the room smelled so strongly of cigarettes I couldn’t breathe, there was bugs, the soap laid out was clearly used, most the lights didn’t work, the blinds didn’t shut, the door didn’t lock fully, and the bed had clearly not been washed, but the front staff nice.

No,the internet didn't work..was told several times they were rebooting and someone coming to fix..asked extra blanket, told they were out..no washcloths, shower water everywhere...otherwise staff friendly and place was quiet
