The room had no drapes no bedding on the beds. The toilet didn’t work and there were bugs everywhere I have photographs and video. I want a full refund. I would never recommend this trashy garbage piece of Hotel. There were crack addicts walking around the parking lot not well lit worst place I’ve ever seen the deadbolt did not work. The worst place ever.
No bedding, I have a video of the fact that the toilet won’t flush, but I can’t get it to load here. This was the dirtiest nastiest place I’ve ever seen and then when we went back to the office, we had been gone five minutes and he blocked the door.

I’m not thrilled about the housekeeping. It took me three weeks to get my room cleaned finally spoke with Steve. The guy that runs the front desk and he is a very professional young man. He took care of the situation for me. I think Steve should run the place all the time. He’s a great man. I write Steve is a 10+.
