Sliding glass doors flood the open living area with natural light and frame an uninterrupted view of the ocean. A comfortable seating area and HDTV make it easy to settle in after time by the water, while air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep things comfortable regardless of the weather outside. A private entrance and keypad self check-in mean arrivals are smooth and entirely on your schedule.
Outdoor living
The oceanfront balcony extends your living space outward, offering front-row views of the Atlantic at any hour. Whether it's a quiet coffee at sunrise or an evening watching the water shift colors, the balcony earns its place as one of the most-used spots in the condo. A private boardwalk connects directly to the beach below, putting sand and surf within a minute of your door.
Sleeping arrangements
The condo sleeps up to 4 guests across two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and its own direct access to the balcony - a particularly good combination for early risers. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is positioned near a full bathroom. A half bath on the main level adds extra convenience for a group of four.
Bathrooms & laundry
Both full bathrooms include a bathtub and bathroom essentials. An in-unit washer and dryer handle the practical side of a beach stay - whether you're rinsing out sandy clothes or freshening up before a longer trip into town.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking your own meals, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking basics on hand. Dishes and silverware are provided. Bring your meals to the dining table or pull up a stool at the breakfast bar - either way, the ocean view isn't far from sight.
Amenities & essentials
Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it possible to stay connected or get work done if the trip calls for it. Beach essentials are available for time by the shore. The condo is equipped with a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Please note: no carbon monoxide alarm is present - the host has indicated one is not necessary for this property, but reach out with any questions.
Parking & access
Free parking on premises accommodates up to 2 vehicles, which makes day trips along the coast straightforward. Self check-in via keypad means you can arrive at your own pace without coordinating schedules.
Neighborhood
Jacksonville Beach sits along Florida's Atlantic coast, with the ocean forming the backdrop of daily life here. Local dining, shops, and attractions are all within easy reach, but the pull of the beach - accessible right from the condo - tends to shape how most days unfold.
