I typically stay at this hotel whenever I am at Mayo Clinic for treatments of medical conditions. Normally I don’t seem to have many issues with the hotel especially considering how much newer it is. This visit I had some issues with cleanliness and conditions with my room. The bathroom had random hairs in the shower and on the floor. The bed frame seemed to be broken because of the very loud squeak any time I moved in bed. There was some trash behind the desk on the window sill. I’m used to better standards at this location; especially given the price per stay. There are other new hotels that have been built around Mayo Clinic that I will try during my next visit to the area.

The lights seem to be out in the parking lot. It was extremely dark in the morning and hard to see to get to car. Seems unsafe. Lights need to be turned on. Otherwise, excellent stay

We stayed there for 6 days. Our room was quiet, very clean, nice view to the woods. It was nice that they had a free shuttle to Mayo Clinic. The only problem was that one day we did’t had our room clean because the person in charge of doing it forgot. I have to go back to Mayo Clinic and my stay at the hotel was so good that I already made my reservation for the Residence Inn

Often stay there. Great value. The only area of friction is how they do room service. You have to call the front desk who takes your order. They pass it on to the restaurant. Multiple times things get mixed up or forgotten. A direct line to the restaurant would be a better solution. Also a menu in the room or accessible through the tv or smartphone would be helpful. If you forget to ask the front desk for a menu then you are on your own. I will say the food is very good.
